Please review the material and, if you feel that our organization meets the criteria for membership, feel free to submit your application, along with a cheque, payable to the Alliance of Rehabilitation Centres of Ontario, in the amount of Fifty $50 Dollars. Please mail your application and cheque to the attention of:

The Membership Committee will review your application. You may be called for further information or requested to personally attend a meeting with the Committee. The Committee will make recommendations to the Executive at which time your application will be voted upon.

If you are accepted as a member of the Association, your annual membership fee of Five Hundred ($500) Dollars will become due at that time.
